I. Can I personalize a package?
Yes, absolutely! If you’re looking for something more customized, feel free to reach out, and we’ll discuss how to bring your brand vision to life in a practical and intentional way
II. How many rounds of revisions are included?
We don’t limit the number of revision rounds. We keep working until we find the perfect design. In most cases, clients approve the logo in the first round.
III. Where are you located? Do you work internationally?
We are based in Myrtle Beach, SC, and provide online services to clients worldwide.
IV. When can we start AND How long until the first proposal is delivered?
Starting your project depends on what you’re looking for and our current schedule. Providing requested information promptly helps to begin the process sooner. The first design proposal is typically delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the project’s complexity
VI. How does the design process work?
We begin with research and creative direction based on the information you provide. Then, we develop and present initial design concepts. Revisions are included to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final design. Once approved, we gather and deliver the final files.
VII. What file formats will I receive?
You will receive the files in PNG, JPG, and AI (vector format). We’ll also provide a Brand Guidelines document to ensure the effective and consistent use of your new assets.
